- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, and garlic. Sauté 5–7 minutes until softened.
- Add broccoli and broth. Simmer for 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender.
- Add almond milk, nutritional yeast, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Blend with an immersion blender until creamy (or carefully transfer to a blender in batches).
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
