  1. Place granola, almond butter, and chia seeds in a food processor.
  2. Process until well mixed but not smooth (to maintain some texture).
  3. Remove from processor and shape into balls.
  4. Roll in coconut.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
