Directions
- Toast your Carbonaut bread.
- Remove avocado from its skin and mash with a fork in a small bowl.
- Add salt and lemon juice, then mix together.
- Remove toast from toaster, and spread your smashed avocado mixture edge to edge.
- Top with toppings of choice.
Tips:
- For added taste and texture, spread cream cheese on the toast before topping with smashed avocado.
