- Place the bread cubes in the greased baking dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour evenly over the bread cubes.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
