It’s time to kick things up a notch with this spicy guac topper! So simple yet so tasty, this guac topper can be customized to your heat tolerance. Removing the seeds and ribs from the jalapeño will reduce the heat and leave you with a milder guac or leave them in if you’re looking for that extra kick!

  1. Core, seed, and finely dice jalapeño and habanero peppers (careful not to touch your eyes!).
  2. Add peppers to a bowl with garlic, onion, and tomato and season with salt, cayenne, and cumin (optional).
  3. Fold in smashed avocado and fresh lime juice and voila! Spicy guac topper that’ll blow the top off your burger.

Tip:

  • If you’re making ahead of time, save those avocado pits and add to the bowl while it’s chilling in the fridge. Cover with plastic wrap to keep your guac looking green and fresh. Enjoy!
