- Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and minced garlic.
- Blend the Soup: In batches, transfer the vegetable mixture to a blender or food processor. Add the tomato juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Blend until the soup reaches your desired consistency.
